You're automatically enrolled when you order 3 or more cords of firewood in a single calendar year. No signup form, no hassle — just order and earn.

2. What Happens if I Skip a Year?

If you don’t purchase 3+ cords in a given year, that year doesn’t count toward your tier.

For example: You buy 3 cords for two years in a row, then skip three years. When you return, you’ll be counted as a 2-year member, not five. Tiers only build with qualifying years.

3. What Do I get for Referring a Friend?

Recommend us to a friend or neighbor and earn 10% of their order total as credit on your next invoice.

This applies not just to firewood but any of our services like kindling, stacking, tree removal, and more. The more they order, the more you save!

4. Is My Membership Pricing Locked in Once I Reach a Tier?

Pricing is not locked in permanently, but your tiered discount applies to all current pricing. We typically give a full year’s notice before making any significant rate changes.

5. Can I Split My 3-Cord Order Throughout the Year?

Yep! You can schedule your deliveries however you want — whether that’s one cord in January and two in April, or something else that works for your budget or storage space.

6. Do You Stack the Firewood for Me?

Yes, we offer optional stacking services for an added fee. It’s a great option if you want the wood placed neatly and ready to use without the extra work.

7. What other services do Rewards Members save on?

Members can get discounts on kindling, stacking, storm cleanup, winter services, tree removal, and more.

8. Can I Cancel Anytime?

Yep, just simply stop placing orders and your membership will stop. You can request us to remove your information or stop orders anytime you'd like.
